I have a particular fondness for animals and they often just happen to make great subjects too! My paintings of cows have been commissioned by Waitrose and I was recently asked by Winalot to produce the images for their new dog food range. Many of the animals I paint, however, are ones I’ve just happened across by chance!
I have published the animal series as ‘split limited editions’ with a maximum of 95 available on canvas and 195 on paper. A few of the animals (the earlier releases) were published with only 50 on canvas.

Background
Since 1992, James has worked as a contemporary landscape and seascape painter.
